Yep. The pre season draft or if we only delist one player as there will be no spots unless he is rookied.

There are actually 2 more delisted free agency periods before the pre-season draft so we can take him in either of those slots if we delist one more player

weller needs the rookie list. needs to really work for it, turns his attitude around and do it for a couple of seasons
