Is Harves senior AFL coaching material??? I don't know. But if he is, then no brainer... now is the time.

Kingsley gets some good reports... Leigh Tudor... can Tony Micale cut it at AFL level?


One thing for sure though... if sacking Cuddles was the correct thing to do based on what has been eluded...
then sack that bloody committee that appointed him!!!

A bit out of left field fellow Saintsationalists but I believe I am the man who should coach the Saints.

Reasons.

Commitment -Passionate Saints supporter and member for over thirty years.

Financial aspect- What was Scotty being paid??? $500,000...bugger it, I'll do it for $200,000 and only a one year contract. That will save a fair chunk bit of this years payout and no payout for the club when they sack me the next year!!

Long term- I can pretty much guarantee that I will deliver the number one draft pick in 2014 and possibly even a priority pick....as part of my astute planning for the future.

Obviously there is a certain amount of self interest in my application as I would receive a great seat at the footy every week and a chance to get all of the players autographs for my grand kids.

Vote for me guys and girls...........you could do worse!!

Harves needs more experience - he may be a bit soft on people skills for the Saints, as things stand right know.
Leigh Tudor could be a worthwhile prospect, but how would I really know?

Conflicts Shmondricks. Any manager/teacher/mentor worth his salt causes some conflict. Conflict can be a positive sometimes. It's what you do that counts, not what you say.

Bloody hell!

Weren't they on the last one that so monumentally stuffed up?

Failed to see that Cuddles is a control freak?
Failed to see that Cuddles was just spinning-it re our still being contenders (Matthew Knights-style to get the gig at Effn'dope, anyone)?
Failed to see that Cuddles can't people manage?
Failed to see Cuddles struggled tactically?
Failed to see that Cuddles really is Mark Neeld?
Failed to see that Cuddles is a smurf (completely overlooked that one )?

All these have been alluded to by the white-anters. If true, how the hell did such an obvious complete failure as a human being manage to con last coaching appointment committee? Oh, and if not true, why isn't Cuddles still our coach..?

For the first time ever, and this includes the 1980s and the SOS Campaign... I'm starting to worry a little about the Saintas. I believe our list is building, is exciting, and is on track to challenge in grand finals from about 2018 onwards. I was looking forward to continuing to watch and enjoy that journey. Don't stuff that up Sainters.
