Conspiracy Theory on timing of Watters sacking

Post: # 1412511Post saintsRrising »

Conspiracy Theory on why Watters was sacked now...

....... as Pelchen did not want to hamper the many trade deals he was juggling.

I think Watters has been a Dead Man Walking for some weeks.

Yep. It seems so. I thought he may have 'just' hung on for another 12 months, but not to be.

My thoughts exactly. They obviously didn't want to sack him before trade period--which would have potentially put off potential recruits.

No conspiracy

It's obvious.... Which make the disarray thread humorous

If the interview with SEN this morning is anything to go by, he is lucky to have lasted this long. What was he thinking by going ahead with the interview AFTER he was told NOT TO? !!

Why was he not allowed to have an interview?

He's the senior coach.... Their is obvious questions to answer....

Someone had to speak, in fact it should have been him?!

People who know just a little bit about footy and the media know that Interview refusals occur all the time at all clubs. The club (Board & Management) DO NOT have to conduct their business through the media !!

You have to get clearance from the club to do an interview, that applies to all clubs, so what makes cuddles so special he can work his own agenda?

Glad to see him gone now and not later in the season.

If this is on the money we must have someone lined up.

Some caller on Sen commented why would Scott Burns come back to the pies when his role is the same as Bangers

I don't think it's a conspiracy theory, it makes sense… strategic… and thank god we did… we may not have landed Longer without a coach.

Yet in spite of this, people are still talking about abandoning the club.

Wake up everyone, the club has done the right thing in "lying".

Because they were always going to sack him

He must be clueless if he didn't realise what was going on , I'm sure he had some idea what was happening.
Ideal time for you to find yourself another club ...

Cheers

John is done....

Over it at home? As if he's gonna leave to do it again?!

Maybe if it was a big club... Not at Seaford (would live in need lands, Subiaco or Sth Perth)

Watters thought Trent Dennis Lane was a required player and had visions of Trent to be included in our 25 man leadership group.
