Must repeat my impression of Seb the first time i saw him - he was being introduced to the rest of the players by previous years' recruits. Seb's appearance appeared markedly different to the other younguns. Seb looked all serious and not so smiley.

I thought this guy is dead serious about what he has signed up for. I thought good on you we need someone coming through who is naturally focused and serious about where he wants to go.

Im sure we have leaders emerging but if in 2-3 years time when we are ready to climb the ladder we could get a leader through FA.
I would have no problem with that.
Its a good question but not a concern.
