Re: Gillon McLachlan Is A Saints Supporter!
With forums and social media in general there appears to be a race to call the scoop. To be the one that knows all the inside goss; the dirt. To be the one who first predicted the coach was gone etc.
While it does appear that there are some problems at Seaford, those problems will be sorted by those empowered to do so. Perhaps not in the timeframe some would like; perhaps not in the manner some would like. But those in power will sort it out.
We supporters won't sort it out!
All we can manage to do is draw attention to ourselves and in doing so provide the media and opposition clubs and their supporters the further opportunity to slam the Saints.
Yes we are all passionate supporters and it's hard to watch the Saints doing it tough. But nonetheless, despite what you may think; what you may know or who you may know, I say for the sake of the club, "Shut the hell up!"

What a load of absolute CRAP. This coming from the person that drags up comments made by posters years ago in an attempt to discredit them when you are wrong or concede you can't win a debate. Hilarious. As the "The Other Thomo" pointed out, your reputation precedes you. You are stirrer from way back my friend...have another drink.plugger66 wrote:Cairnsman wrote:

I take it you have no ability to discuss things without getting personal. calling me a drunk is pretty classy. Either discuss it properly or stop with that rubbish. Its pathetic. Im not trying to stir up anything. it must be obvious to just about everyone that we have someone leaking this crap to the media and there are problems at the saints that can be fixed.

You have no ability to discuss anything and certainly no ability to think for yourself unless its classics like Rooy is a cancer of the club. you actually said that so it isnt personal. You call me a drunk yet you have never met me or know anyone who knows me. Its pathetic. Cairnsman I have an idea. put me on ignore if you think what i say is just to stir. by the way they arent debates with you because these last few posts clearly show you have no idea how to debate anything.

on a 7 network footy show brucie woosie asked dimspew straight out if he was worried about the saints....andrew shot straight back without hesitation..."no"...that was some weeks ago and the question out of the blue surprised me...i posted it at the time....dragit wrote:I like this bit…
The AFL has continually denied that it is on the verge of intervening at St Kilda
Could it be that they are not on the verge of intervening Caro?
Reminds me of "Saints block Stanley trade"
andrew also said we had a very good board with good people

His brother MC'ed our B&F.
So assume the whole family are Saints.

Thanks for that Stinger. It just further discredits the Caro article.stinger wrote:on a 7 network footy show brucie woosie asked dimspew straight out if he was worried about the saints....andrew shot straight back without hesitation..."no"...that was some weeks ago and the question out of the blue surprised me...i posted it at the time....dragit wrote:I like this bit…

Lee Montagna "nearly" went to Essendon.
Scott Watters was "nearly" sacked.
I was "nearly" a millionaire once, but I just didnt have a million dollars.
Seriously, enough is enough. As I said yesterday, we obviously sell papers. Everyone loves a negative saints story.
We are even getting smashed now for doing an internal review.
How the hell the club is absorbing this crap I dont know.
Of course Caro will write a negative Saints story, everyone else is. Join the queue.
I heard an interview with McEvoy this morning which was premised by Andy Maher saying, he is jumping out of his skin with excitement now he is at Hawthorn.
He said he was sad to be leaving the saints.

None of us know what percentage of what Caro wrote was FACT and what percentage was FICTION, but like a few have already expressed, I have concerns that confidential information is being leaked.
Peter Summers appears to be of pretty strong character, so I would like to see him really take control of this situation, both internally & externally !!
