If you look on Bomberblitz, it tells you everything. In other words there's virtually nothing about this. Some bloke who everyone claims over there has the inside mail has posted that the rumour re Montagna is 'incorrect.' Fan forum sites can be very informative, which is why media types scroll through them. Because 99% of people who post are posting under an alias there is often someone somewhere connected within the club who will post. I'm more confident by reading their forum that the deal is bogus - and BTW if we ever were to trade Joey in the circumstances, it would want to be an extrodinary deal, ie Montagna for Heppell (something which would never happen)

Leigh Montagna's name has been linked to Essendon but AFL.com.au understands there is little chance of the contracted Saint, who finished third in the club best and fairest in 2013, making his way to the Bombers.

Essendon has little to offer St Kilda in return for Montagna, with Myers the only player contemplating seeking opportunities elsewhere.

Myers, however, would be more likely to head to Melbourne if he did make the move, which Essendon has made clear will be difficult to manage.

The Saints are still to determine whether they will pull out all stops to make the Nick Dal Santo to North Melbourne trade happen while they wait to see what sort of deal Greater Western Sydney wants to discuss in exchange for defender Josh Bruce.

Opinion 1. I don't think we should trade any mids, but said given the choice if the two I'd personally keep Dal.

Opinion 2. Dwarf gate and the court case are reasons are why I don't think he should be captain, not why he should leave.
