If true, and we get pick 25 or better I will be rapt. This would mean 5 picks in the first 30 picks of the Draft but more importantly it means we will stay in the bottom 4 for at least another 3 years which is exactly what we need. Just reported it as others reporting it ... no substance as far as I could tell. Joey is contracted. And how can Essendon fit him in their salary cap? They don't have draft picks and why would we want players who are likely to receive infraction notices? Club has said that he is not for trade. Perhaps Joey has asked for one? He is one player I don't want to lose. He gut runs. Would be a real changing of the guard if he does get traded.

Essendon* will receive pick 22 from the Doggies for Crameri. However, given that they have no picks in the first two rounds I would suspect that they would like to take that pick to the draft.

Would be shocked if Joey isn't at the Saints next year.

I just watched the article on fox sports.com.au. What a load of garbage reporting. IF Joey was going it would only be because we wanted him to, he is under contract.
Essendon would have to offer something unbelievable to get this done and it would want to be more than Myers and pick 37 considering they want a first round pick for Crameri.
