We may need mids right now, but if you're building a team you're making a pick for the next decade. Boyd, much more than Aish, Kelly, Scharenberg, etc, is the type of player you build a club around. If we get a chance at that, I'm sure we'll take it. I'm reasonably sure we won't get that chance though.

we'd be mad to trade armo. he is seriously underated, hard as a cats head and puts that very hard head over the ball at every centre bounce. makes life a hell of a lot easier for the montagnas and dals of the world. and taking Longer makes even less sense. I agree with the McEvoy trade simply because we couldn't afford the luxury of havinh ben and hickey on the same list and therefore one playing reserves each week. picking up Longer would put just put us back in the same dilema

I'm feeling like they are actually trying hard to get those three picks and using them. As it stands we have three inside twenty five if NDS goes as a freebie we might jag a 21 or 22 pick will still give us four inside twenty five.Thats why they are struggling with North as they don't have that lower pick. May i stand corrected if i'm wrong. Also would not make sense trading everything for Boyd as we still need ball getters to get the pill to him.

I think he's pretty important Armo look at his review stats. He has 2 and 3 place in inside 50s.
