Yep we are in for a few bad seasons, but just blindly sacking or hiring people isn't going to solve this.

Cool and calm heads are required to make the right decisions as we make our long climb back.

Maybe the Pies are in disarray? The coach is losing their stars and there is a walk out. Their president is drunkenly ringing up other teams stars over the head of the footy department and recruiters. They are desperate to off load a drug effected loser because of the cultural issues they are experiencing. They have had staffing changes from walk outs. Butterpants has lost faith and followed Malthouse for example. Their coach has taken the Premiership favourite team that was going to be a dynasty and told the club they are rebuilding. Wow problems.

Essendon is about to need special permission to play the Douta Stras as their senior AFL side. Richmond is losing White and McGuane and their assistant and had to screw Dusty in public to make him stay. Carlton is losing players and seems to be rebuilding after Malty was going to ake their list to a flag. WCE sacked their coach and replaced him. Etc. etc. maybe all clubs have issues. Brisbane are losing 4 years of first round recruits.
