Reading between the lines it seems Saints along with Dees may have the ammunition to get Pick 1 from Gaints.joffaboy wrote:So what?

nah...no reading between the lines...really dont think it would be about us potentially nabbing pick 1. more likely the same would be happening for all top line draft picks - meet with clubs you may potentially land at. nothing is certain in football...there is a chance that the giants wont take him with pick 1.

I would say his mgr has said - mate there is no guarantee you will be pick 1. To be prudent you should chat with all the teams with the top 3 picks.
For example if he just spoke to the GWS and assumed he was number 1 he would look like a d**khead. I dont think hes speaking to us in case we get 1 but because he may not be 1. If someone throws a gun at GWS for pick 1 then Im sure he will speak to that club as well.
Hopefully he gets gas and lets off some horrible fart in the meetings with GWS and Melbourne and they get put off him.
