Neither had good or bad records...

Point of difference was in the conduct classification.
Richard was assessed as negligent (1 point) whilst Chappy was reckless (2 points).
For comparison purposes, Franklin's bump on Malceski was assessed as negligent.

There is an agenda and thing's like this prove it. There is no way any logical person can look at Chappy and Richards incidents and suspend one and not the other. FFS if anything Richards was worse.
