Do you want Freo to win the flag?

I hope he has better notes than the ones he had in 2009 and 2010, I think we lost, in both years, not much value in those notes.
The Saints are under review, will it make any difference to the underachievers ?

Not his fault our players can't kick straight.Wayne42 wrote:I hope he has better notes than the ones he had in 2009 and 2010, I think we lost, in both years, not much value in those notes.
"Another storied win in Robert Harvey's career. They say he is the embodiment of their motto of strength through loyalty, and on the day he became just the tenth man to play 350 league games the saints reward him with a seemingly impossible victory."

He selected them and coached them. Who else do you blame?saintdooley wrote:Not his fault our players can't kick straight.Wayne42 wrote:I hope he has better notes than the ones he had in 2009 and 2010, I think we lost, in both years, not much value in those notes.

He selected and coached blokes like Milne, Mcqualter and Schneider who had 50%+ goal kicking accuracy for the year
And yet they kicked 2.6 between them on the day. Nothing Lyon could do about that!! If they had stuck to form and kicked 4.4 then we would have won.

Part of coaching is ensuring that players do not crumble under pressure.
It is the coaches job to know which players on the list will be most likely to be overawed and unable to perform to the best of their abilities.
He is also responsible for deciding to leave our second best in and under mid on the pine while our best was being tagged out of the game.
He was just as culpable as the players for the results in 2009 and 2010.

Hey would any information on those notes be the intellectual property osof the club?
If it isn't. ..this where clubs need to be more progessive in their management of coaching appointments.
I suppose it could be happening and we wouldn't know. I reckon the Swans business model probably already has somethiing in place and is pobably the same model at the Pies and now the one Roos has been engaged to implement.
