I for one are a strong sceptic of your coaching ability and believe you have shown us nothing to suggest you can be a successful AFL coach. You have shown you can play and develop kids but so can every TAC coach, now is the time to get the team/club primed to finish their year with a deserved WIN !

Play Kosi and bring back Lenny, Milne and Blake and get some passion and belief back into this playing group as these players have been champions of our football club.

This week against the SUNS is your chance to stand up and show us you have a future with this football club?

Coached this year for the future.
Coached on Saturday for the team and supporters.
Will get the extension on his contract very soon.
We have the right man

5 wins % over 80.
Ok maybe we could have snuck 6 wins - but he has coached ok.
Now we just need to get this draft right. This is a BIG October for us.

Agreed. This draft is critical.

Strange balance required next year. We need to get more games into the youngsters and 2nd and 3rd year players need to start stepping up and show some improvement. However if we want to be genuine finals contenders in 2016/17 onwards, then we need early picks given its a strong draft pool in 2014 - with lots of talls apparantly

If we improve too quickly we may actually hurt our long term prospects. If our younger players don't show enough improvement we may be waiting a lot lot longer to get back into finals.

well said.

sadly some saints supporters would still complain about the coach, even if he just received the premiership cup
