He is a very solid build, maybe that is confused with pace.... Over 100 he wouldn't be quick at all.... But put a ball within 10m of him and Rhys and blow a whistle, I'd guarantee Adam would win the ball, push off Rhys and run away from him
There is inside and outside speed.... And also footy speed, which is very different to straight line sapped over a set distance

Wow. I alway just thought there was acceleration and terminal velocity. Oh, and amphetamines.......

Stanley is probably the quickest bloke in the comp, but he's not fast if you blow a whistle.
Who would we kick off the list to give Cockie a try?
I consider he would be OK ish , in a Robert Eddy sort of way. He'd be good depth if we were challenging next season.
But I'd rather be playing younger draftee's with more potential upside. ( Ross and Saunders for example ).
Us, probably no one.... But if Lenny Retires, we may need some strong body depth in the centre to help the kids.... And who knows, perhaps he might do a 'podsiadly' who was only ever supposed to be a 1/2 year stop gap.... He became their key forward
