a) We recruited him because the recruiters valued him. (b) We are severely depleted for this week. (c) Winning games no longer matters. (d) The Coach is under pressure to improve things for next year. (e) TL has been playing well in the reserves.

THEN - "why not give him some consecutive games to show what he can do?" - FFS.

So we should play him for the rest of the year, letting him run around and get a lot of non-damaging disposals, proclaim him to be the next Dane Swan or Matthew Boyd, then trade him for pick 10.
