Oh boy next friday night will be painful to endure.
Friday night - Probably our biggest loss of the last 10 years ? BE THERE just so you can tell your grand kids! I was there when we lost by 40 goals and buddy franklin kicked 17!

We may not win a flag until 2066, i'm sure that is what we are rebuilding for
The Saints are under review, will it make any difference to the underachievers ?

And who replaces him? Must be all his fault, despite the fact that with almost the same list as 2011 in 2012, less a couple of players, he won just as many games as RL did the year before and with a much healthier percentage.WinnersOnly wrote:Scott WATTERS leaving the club - sac,ked !
The reality was that 2012 was the previous groups last hurrah.
Tell me if you supported West Coast, would you have sacked John Worsfold in 2008, or Collingwood, Mick Malthouse in 2004 and 05.
It is our time again at the bottom, let's wait till trade and draft period are over to see how we go before we criticise, because that is our most important part of the season.
Plus let's remember we will be drafting kids that will take a year or three to mature to good AFL players.

Hawks on the rebound?
Franklin, Roughead, Gunston, Rioli, Breust, Hale....it'll be a cricket score...... They will have to declare at 3qtr time

Someone who can coach for a start !
He'll never command the respect RL has ,or do I think he'll ever be chased to coach another afl club IMO

As ex-president Peter Summers said:

f*** the Dawks. Get out there and smash their weak pricks. They won't be keen on hard ball stuff before the finals. Cause injuries and pain, I couldn't care less anymore, lol

So who? Everyone shouts sack the coach, I remember people here who wanted to sack RL after 2007, maybe based on performance GT after 2002!Greg T wrote:And who replaces him? DO really expect some guys going to walk in and turn this team into a premiership contender next year with our list. Look at the age of our best players, there all 30 +, then there is very little if any 24-27, the rest have barely played the equivalent of one season.
I mean people keep throwing up Gary Ayres, well if he is so good why hasn't anyone else grabbed him even as an assistant? He bombed in Adelaide.
Or do we get another rookie untried coach, or do we put huge pressure on a favourite son, and if he doesn't do any better throw him out.
Your only as good as the cattle you got, and our best cattle are way past their prime when RL was here.
As I say, the names may be the same, but they are not, are not the same players they were.
As the other post says, some of us are delusional.

You's should all grow up
"Another storied win in Robert Harvey's career. They say he is the embodiment of their motto of strength through loyalty, and on the day he became just the tenth man to play 350 league games the saints reward him with a seemingly impossible victory."
