Re: Loved Lenny Hayes' reaction to the interchange infringem
It was actually Lenny.
And funnily enough, for the first time since I've seen that stupid rule introduced - having the extra man on the ground meant we had two options to handball to instead of one at that contest. So technically, we actually did/could have benefited from the extra man being on the ground.
Still think the free kick + 50m penalty is ludicrous though. Should be noted by the 'interchange steward', reviewed during the week once they have the facts, then the club should be penalised accordingly.

Yeah the 50m penalty is a kill for something that in most cases provides no benefit and has a history of being called wrongly

If anyone deserves the honour of a gif, it's the great Lenny Hayes.

Isn't that everyday?
Re: Loved Lenny Hayes' reaction to the interchange infringem
Lenny and Saunders were next to each other at the interchange gate, someone came off and the ball was right nearby so they both ran on in sync. Hard to say whose fault it was, both just going hard at the ball. Saunders was the one who realised first and ran back though.saint66au wrote:So do we know who the interchange offender was??
