ARREST MADE FOLLOWING MERINDA PARK ASSAULT




Police have arrested a man following an assault at Merinda Park Railway Station earlier this month.

A 21-year-old Cranbourne man was arrested earlier this evening after being identified following media reports of the incident.

He is expected to be charged on summons with robbery

Robbery? Repetitively kicking someone in the head while they ley on the ground guarding his head with his life, then to have phone and wallet taken...I would of thought death penalty would be fair. I hope they take it a bit more serious than a robbery

Not sure I can agree with you on the death penalty part, but you would think he would be up for more charges than just robbery. Assault being the obvious other charge that the offender (you'd assume) would be up for.
