IMPORTANT REMINDER: This weeks game will start at 7.40pm and not 2.10pm as originally scheduled. The time was changed after the draw was released due to Man Utd game in Sydney.

Who cares about a game where in order to be successful you have to a billionaire bank roll your team and buy that success.

Strangely, earlier this evening I received a "match day information" email from the AFL listing the start time as 2.10.

GWS were originally scheduled to play at 7:40pm at Skoda stadium which is right next to ANZ stadium where the soccer is being held. The AFL switched the GWS game to a day game to avoid the clash and so had to move a day game to night so that broadcasters still had games in the right time slots, as such, our game was moved to the 7:40pm game.

One plus is that our game was originally scheduled to be on Fox but is now on free to air.

More to the point , the afl would not want to be embarassed that a foreign soccer side drew a crowd probably 60000 thousand more than what there game will attract !
