Re: Changes v Carlton
Wright was good and also very bad as he was on the little fellow who won the game for them. Saad was never good and had to go so we at least had more midfield rotations.

Out: Stanley, Saad, Milera (and if possible Dal and Gwilt but no replacements)
In: Roo, Milne, Kosi (200th only reason)

Re: Changes v Carlton
Roo in, Stanley back to defence on Kruezer/Casboult.
Milne in for Milera. Saad will get another chance, even though he probably shouldn't.
I'd love to see Simpkin in for Gwilt, but it won't happen.
Lee probably had too much impact for Kosi to replace him and Watters is in love with the wasteful McEvoy/Hickey combo so I think that will stay.

Re: Changes v Carlton
Leave Ross in the vfl. Having him out of the side actually helped us. He wouldn't have lasted a quarter at the intensity that game was played at.
He's had a taste. Let him build his tank and work on second and third efforts in the vfl.

The wasteful Hickey Ben combination was great today especially till half time. I suppose it depends if you watch the game without bias.

Give up, no real reason - every week no matter how well Dal Santo plays (with a heavy tag) the same folks want him tipped out. UnbelievableShanghaiSaint wrote:Dal for what reason?Jacks Back wrote:Out: Stanley, Saad, Milera (and if possible Dal and Gwilt but no replacements)

21 disposals (12 cont, equal most for Saints) 2 marks, 6 clearances, 3 Inside 50's, 5 Rebound 50's 3 tackles 1 goal
Also one of their best last week
Same with Ray & Jones. Same names come up every week.

Re: Changes v Carlton
Good chance of a win so bring Kosi in for his two hundred. Milney and Roo no doubt champing at the bit to win for him.
Lee can have a rest backing up from Perth. TDL and Milera or Saad out.

You are joking dropping a young guy kicking 3 goals. Unless he is injured he will not be dropped and that is based on no fact but common knowledge.
Re: Changes v Carlton
Gwilt needs a rest. He is hard at the ball but his kicking has been bad for a while now.

30% DE is incredibly un-jimmy like, needs a rest or carrying something.Griggsy wrote:Gwilt needs a rest. He is hard at the ball but his kicking has been bad for a while now.

Kosi should play his 200th in a home game in any case.

I'd be pis**d off if Lee was dropped after his game today. Presented, can hold a mark, kicked well, why would you drop him. He should be rewarded by his game today.desertsaint wrote:Good chance of a win so bring Kosi in for his two hundred. Milney and Roo no doubt champing at the bit to win for him.

Re: Changes v Carlton
In: Roo, Ross
Out: Saad, Milera
Kosi can wait as Lee, Hickey were good today and too big otherwise.
please send Stanley back he will make mistakes but needs to learn the backline gig. Use him forward as a pinch hitter or even a switch hitter but not a permanent forward . Plays footy better facing goals than turning

Saad has to go. I have never seen a St.Kilda player whose opponent had so many easy marks.
