I think the suns have to delist some players at the end of the season(whatever the number is? ) the same as all clubs as per the AFL guidelines. So Im sure there are some that haven't yet had much chance that may be worth considering.

I doubt they will be any good. it is likely with the numbers they drafted that there are plenty of duds on their list.

There seems to be a myth out there that players would rather come back to Victoria and play for St. Kilda. Why would they want to do that? We're headed south with little prospects of finals for some years and GC are headed up. The trade period will reveal the truth that few players will move and the only players who are likely to come to us will be fairly average with only luke-warm interest from other clubs. The other high profile players will go to the powerhouses (the Caddy example should refresh a few memories). Reality suggests we must go the way of the draft and keep some of our better vets to bring them on - say about 2 to 3 years in the bottom 3 should get us around 4 or 5 players that will make it and around 10 that won't - you have to factor in some top picks that won't make it. Say around 2016 we might have made our way back up to 12th position on the ladder.

About 500k to get the players slightly interested because at the moment they wouldnt even know our clubs name. To get either from the club is a first rounder which for us will be picks 3-5 and it will probably take a good player as well as that. We have as much hope of getting them as Prestia.

Parker a Langy boy, around the corner from Seaford. If we have one thing, its salary cap space. Adams and him are what we need, but I fear pick 3-5 is off the table, well, not fear, for I am happy about that.

I can see Adams coming back to Vic, as you said though, it would be surprising to see either keen to come to us considering our position - Caddy did consider us though so we must have some sort of attraction.

I cant see us getting either, but they are what we need, and we should be trying everything to get them. Anyone watching the first quarter vs North would know that.

I reckon Gilbo is a keeper. Gilbo is in his prime and was playing well before he got injured. He adds experience and a mature body. You know what you are going to get from him and I reckon we have missed him.
