How come you never told us how Kosi could get more if the tribunal thought it was deliberate to the head. Is it because he cant?

Curly just admit Kosi could not get more if the tribunal thought it was a deliberate hit to the head. Dont tell us about others. Back it up with points on Kosi.

Re: MRP
Right...Brett Goodes (still taking some time to process that there is another Goodes)...
Here is the MRP report for that incident...
Goodes was charged with a level 3 engaging rough conduct offence. Kosi was charged with a level four striking offence.
The AFL clearly view the rough conduct charge more seriously than striking because the two incidents drew the same number of demerit points despite Kosi having the higher activation points (7).
Kosi is lucky that his charge wansn't engaging in rough conduct or else it would have been another week on the sidelines.

Here is the one for Kosi...MRP wrote:Brett Goodes, Western Bulldogs, has been charged with a level three engaging in rough conduct offence (325 demerit points, three-match sanction) for engaging in rough conduct against Josh Caddy, Geelong Cats, during the second quarter of the Round Five match between the Western Bulldogs and the Geelong Cats, played at Etihad Stadium on Saturday April 27, 2013.
In summary, he can accept a two-match sanction with an early plea.
Based on the video evidence available and a medical report from the Geelong Cats Football Club, the incident was assessed as negligent conduct (one point), high impact (three points) and high contact (two points). This is a total of six activation points, resulting in a classification of a level three offence, drawing 325 demerit points and a three-match sanction. He has no existing good or bad record. An early plea reduces the sanction by 25 per cent to 243.75 points and a two-match sanction.

He has an existing bad record of three matches suspended within the last two years, increasing the penalty by 10 per cent to 357.50 demerit points and a three-match sanction. Re: MRP
From the 2012 MRP bookletCURLY wrote:Whats the differance between rough conduct and striking? Anyone.
Rough conduct is interpreted widely in relation to any contact which is unreasonable or unnecessary in the circumstances. It is a Reportable Offence to intentionally, recklessly or negligently engage in rough conduct against an opponent which in the circumstances is unreasonable.
Striking, kicking, etc, therefore are interpreted in accordance with their commonly understood meaning. A strike would usually be by hand, arm or even head and will generally not apply to other contact using the body. A kick is generally applied to contact by foot or leg. A strike or kick, as opposed to an attempt to strike or kick, requires more than negligible impact. Where a strike, for example, does not make more than negligible contact, it is still open to the Match Review Panel to charge a player for attempting to strike where it is satisfied that notwithstanding the result, the intention was to connect with greater force. All attempts to strike, kick or trip shall be allocated 80 demerit points.

Re: MRP
Rough conduct is very very broad.
From the wording, it would appear that the Judd Chicken Wing
(we should rename him Joel Madden because of the chicken and also because he is that K*nt From Carlton)
that Chicken Wing would have been "rough conduct".
The two terms are not mutually exclusive, are they.
Kind of like saying running a red light could attract a charge of either dangerous driving or disobeying a signal.
Look, if someone ran a red light and caused a massive accident, they should get pinged under both, right?
Makes sense, you know it does.

The Judd charge was misconduct.
Akin to what Milne did and what Judd had previously done to Rischitelli.

Re: MRP
Looking at the Kosi incident I thought he might get 4, down to 3, so 3 down to 2 is a one week bonus. Forget whether it was reckless or deliberate, they should have a classification for dumb & stupid and his actions on Friday Night would fall into BOTH !!
NEW scarf signature (hopefully with correct spelling) will be here as soon as it arrives !!

Somewhat off topic, but just in case any of you haven't seen Franklin's bizarre neck-breaking headlock.
What the f*ck does he think he's playing, WWE smackdown ???
And to think he got off. This guy needs to become the mascot of a range of nonstick cookware. He squirms out of everything.
