Re: Saad
1 trick pony who's been worked out..
I wouldn't be pegging too much hope on Saad making the grade..
Have always seen him as very limited in basic skill set required to flourish once a bit of pressure is applied..
The worst part is, he's playing very lazy football..
Won't make it IMO.

Re: Saad
I think he has plenty of good attributes… electric pace, frenetic tackling, accurate kick, good goal sense and general footy nous…
Clearly he is out of touch at the moment, doesn't look quick even, perhaps a week or two at VFL might revive his confidence?
I really like him though, plenty of upside.
What was that… his 22nd game? 35 goals so far… he's going alright.

Re: Saad
He doesn't get the ball..
Sure he's gad several bags of 2 and 3, but he rarely gets double digit possessions.. Doesn't contribute enough.. Purely opportunistic and nothing else IMO.. Cripps was criticised for this, Saad gets let off the hook..

Re: Saad
When the man's right, the man's right. Go back to the last game of last year, when he played the part of the lead up forward vs the same mob we played tonight. The kid can play - 1.5 goals per game, at this stage of his career? Good nuff, with a future.dragit wrote:I think he has plenty of good attributes… electric pace, frenetic tackling, accurate kick, good goal sense and general footy nous…

Re: Saad
Hopeless when the ball hits the deck, not that fast and no left side.
In Springfield, they're eating the dogs. The people that came in, they're eating the cats. They’re eating – they are eating the pets of the people that live there.

Re: Saad
2nd year blues are pretty common.
Ill back him to come back.
It seems mental. Hes just totally lost the plot. Send him on a holiday to Disneyland or to a boot camp or something cos hes not doing much good atm. Looks hesitant. Lost his courage and his zip. Hes second guessing his runs. Hes spooked and flat.

sadly schneids said he had a mishap with the hamstring at training yesterday. So I am guessing a little while longer. Not sure if it has been scanned again yet.SainterK wrote:good question...ROLS-LEE wrote:How much longer for the schniederman.
