Re: Match Thread v Sydney in NZ !!
Dennis-Lane is an absolute liability - he kicks it straight to the opposition. He should never play in the seniors again.

Boggles the mind how he was even selected. To come to think about it, why did we draft him again?Little Dozer wrote:TDL is dreadful.

Yes...Trent Dud-Lane is rather woeful......not sure how he made it to AFL level..
Even less sure why we picked him up......
Sure wish we could de-list at seasons end, give his spot on the list to a footballer....

How many defenders will The Saints pick in the 2024 draft ?

Dal simply does not want to get hurt. Very disappointing from a senior player.

He's been playing that way for ten years - not about to change now. On the other hand, it does mean he keeps his feet.Uncle Barrels wrote:Dal simply does not want to get hurt. Very disappointing from a senior player.

Umm what I said. It's not rocket science. The Swans have got us worked out and have sorted their match ups.Sainternist wrote:St. Luke wrote:Watters needs to mix it up a bit, the Swans have the match-ups nearly sorted
Probably why we are working Roo from the back line.
When they created LENNY HAYES (in the shadow of Harvs) they forgot to break the mold (again)- hence the Supremely Incredible Jack Steven!!

Yep i know some people want to keep all our old players - but we are at risk of becoming a Gentle Retirement for village for 2009 players.Uncle Barrels wrote:Dal simply does not want to get hurt. Very disappointing from a senior player.
I mean BJ was in cruise mode as well.
These guys arent silly - Roo aside - they know we arent going to challenge so they are just going cruise out their career.
as for tdl - F*** I can tell by looking at him hes not afl standard...
clearly he was opicked because he played under scott aubi.
thats a rubbish reason to draft someone.

Would have helped if TDL kicked that one, or at least passed it off.

We could use a leading forward who can kick. What is this with Watters' obsession with small forwards?bigred wrote:And they sub lee.

Most are going really hard at it....but we're running in to our own guys. Just send one guy in to get the pill, not three
