IN: Hickey, Simpkin, Webster, Siposs, Murdoch, Ross, Dunell
OUT: Blake, Maister, Newnes, Milera, Milne, Jones, Ray

Seriously though, if we lost the next 3 games then the approach above I reckon has some merit as none of Blake, Milne or Jones will be around for our next swing upwards (also Milne and Blake are playing crap; tough on Jones as he is playing well, but the young mids need some exposure - Ross in particular) and Maister, Milera and Ray can expect some pressure on their spots as they are in our bottom half performance wise.

I agree on much of that. Blake out this week and Milne might suffer at some point from our small forward surfeit, but I don't want Jones dropped until another young mid is strongly pushing for selection - Murdoch might play this year but it doesn't seem he's done much yet.

And yeah, Maister and Ray especially are only marginally better than the next in line, while Milera plays a role with many substitutes. All logical changes.
