Most importantly, if P66 & BM are going to NZ they can finally wed each other!

This may be a dumb question, is it ok to wear your colours to the dawn parade?

It's all about St. Kilda's invasion of Wellington.
Just like Gallipoli!

Sure there is no dress code for the Dawn Service, just something very warm. Personally I can't wait to go. Got a very cheap fare and wrapt that St Kilda have this opportunity. Looking forward to a fabulous week and if the footy gods could give us an ounce of luck, it would be most appreciated. Go Saints

I was going to take my family over to watch but the game but the Saints just haven't inspired any real faith this year ! Chance of the team winning less than 30% I would suggest.
SAINTS another day older another day closer to the Holy Grail!

You don't go on a road trip like this just to see your team win.WinnersOnly wrote:I was going to take my family over to watch but the game but the Saints just haven't inspired any real faith this year ! Chance of the team winning less than 30% I would suggest.
You go over for the sheep, the scenery, and to see P66 and BM's nuptials.

So you would only fly your family to NZ to watch the Saints if you thought we would win?WinnersOnly wrote:I was going to take my family over to watch but the game but the Saints just haven't inspired any real faith this year ! Chance of the team winning less than 30% I would suggest.

Public Servants only spend their money on a certainty, isn't that right Winners Only. They are also always very negative.dragit wrote:So you would only fly your family to NZ to watch the Saints if you thought we would win?WinnersOnly wrote:I was going to take my family over to watch but the game but the Saints just haven't inspired any real faith this year ! My mum and I leave tomorrow morning. Unfortunately had a massive brain fade when booking flights. We will miss the bombers game .

easy enough to do - would have thought that the afl might have scheduled us on friday night as we have to fly over to nz. ok for the bombers and collingwood to both have a 5 day break as they are not leaving melbourne. could have made an exception and had two friday games this weekStGoddard18 wrote:My mum and I leave tomorrow morning. Why not just have Sydney play in Saturday?saint6 wrote:easy enough to do - would have thought that the afl might have scheduled us on friday night as we have to fly over to nz. ok for the bombers and collingwood to both have a 5 day break as they are not leaving melbourne. could have made an exception and had two friday games this weekStGoddard18 wrote:My mum and I leave tomorrow morning. Although according to one poster we should stop whinging and just be happy we're getting 500K out of it.
The money is the big carrot, but surely Sydney could've played today.
Having 2 Fri night games would seriously piss off channel 7, as their scheduling doesn't like twilight games.
We won't see two Fri night games on at the same time until the 19th and 20th team appears IMO.
