Hurley wont play next week, may be Ryder also
Just mentioned by Jobe Watson on Ch7 that Hurley wont play next week due to broken wrist. I suspect even Ryder may miss based on the footage I saw last night. He ran into McFarlin & may have been reported.
May be we can use todays win as a launch pad & build on it.

How many times has Hurley broken that wrist? It must be the third time.

We pushed the Tigers who are at that same pace and with luck on our side we could get up. The bombers are running on emotion at some point it may get to them.

Hurley & Ryder out would be a massive bonus.
Hurley could get up in a week if he injects enough cane toad eye ball, not on the banned list yet.

Have I mentioned this year how much I loathe Essendon?
"Now the ball is loose, it gives St. Kilda a rough chance. Black. Good handpass. Voss. Schwarze now, the defender, can run and from a long way".....

With Fletch, Paddy and Hurley out we should get with 4 goals IMO.mohannair wrote:Fletcher was subbed out (with groin soreness) looks like he may also miss. Finally the stars are aligning for us.
(And BJ subbed out in the 1st for some reason )

Things may well change for Old Man Fletcher now that Dr Ageless has been replaced by Dr Agingasnormalmohannair wrote:Fletcher was subbed out (with groin soreness) looks like he may also miss. Finally the stars are aligning for us.

AFL are in a difficult position. They'll want Ryder to play against us but not against Collingwood.

I want BJ to play the full game we roll them by 4-6 goals. The look on his face at games end, as he looks at his old team mates will be priceless.saintspremiers wrote:mohannair wrote:Fletcher was subbed out (with groin soreness) looks like he may also miss. Finally the stars are aligning for us.

Evidently his wrist is not broken after all. So he may now end up playing.mohannair wrote:Just mentioned by Jobe Watson on Ch7 that Hurley wont play next week due to broken wrist.
