I got from Rooy and he addressed me personally. It was great to get one from him. We are pretty good mates so that is probably why.

He did later on and brought SW with him. We discussed tatics so expect a different game plan this season.

Kosi came around to my place today and thanked me for my support for the club over the years. When I told him I was Bernard Shakey he said understood my criticism of his performance. He was sorry he didn't retire at the end of last season, but Brocklseby had knocked him back for FF, CHF, CHB and ruck. He didn't think he had the goods to be coach. We had a couple of beers and reminisced about the days when he and Joey lived in the next street.
