Who knows about this rumour

I must have missed this but I SEN today they said a rumour had been going around for months about a player from a certain club that had done something that was against the law and they were about to be arrested. The club and player denied it and SEN and Jon Ralph also said there was no substance to the rumour. Does anyone know or heard about this. Completely missed my rumour file.

Yeah. Same one doing the rounds about a player with a tattoo in a certain place I guess
Being completely denied
The other one was someone who used to play soccer from a different team to the one above.

No the AFL say they cant. I dont get the big deal. If it is one player it isnt as if the club will get in trouble. Just tell the club and let ASADA deal with him.

What's the bet they don't have concrete proof yet......?

And if they do but don't say anything or do anything till about round ten and the guys played a blinder and dominated I round six.which the s*** fly then!!!!
I'll lol if he kicks the winning goal.

IMO its some one from the team most of us hate....but that's just a guess and I'm prob wrong

But they dont have concrete proof about Essendon yet either. I dont see how it matters who the club is. They need to tell the club though so they then get approval or not from the AFL to either play him or not. Cant punish a club if they know bugger all about it. I heard he is from the pies today but that doesnt make it their fault if he has used performance enhancing drugs. Doubt a club would take a risk on one player. Seems whoever it is the player did it without the club knowing.

And haven't heard anything about a single player from a side doing PEDs and going to get busted since this bombers crap came out.

Martin is the new Buddy....being linked to just about every rumour involving drugs. Robbo on twitter a few days back said its BS and had spoke to the club and player, who both denied it.

The other player rumoured is Didak....but only a rumour not trying to defame him.

They (ACC & ASADA) just might have concrete proof about Essendon and might be doing what they are doing as a tactic, WE SIMPLY DON'T KNOW. The thing that is fascinating me about this is that the mainstream media know NO MORE than you or I on this matter and are unable to use their sources at the AFL to get the scoop on this story. We all know that there are 3 people in the AFL (AD, GMc & BC) who know anything and they are not about to risk up to 2 years jail by giving some journo the scoop.

I don't think there is going to be a speedy resolution to it either !!
