Re: Intra-Club Date/Time confirmed..
others who have been on reduced training loads are- Roo, Fisher, and Milne so they may not play
or depending on how they run the match may get short periods.
also often they top up with Sandy players- I wonder if there would be a chance we could see McAdam play..

Just like Julia the Saints have stuffed up. She picked finals time and Yom Kippur and we pick the Southern 80 weekend. When will this stupidity end.

Should be played at Moorabbin where our fans are.
The rest of Australia can wander mask-free, socialise, eat out, no curfews, no zoning, no police rings of steel, no illogical inconsistent rules.
They can even WATCH LIVE FOOTY!

Most of our footy gang would be there if it was at Moorabbin, but not in Frankston.saintspremiers wrote:Of course it should be.Enrico_Misso wrote:Should be played at Moorabbin where our fans are.
Moving so far away is a big loss of footy culture for many people.

Gees Avid I drive down from Canberra to watch a training session, get to the Saints and Sandringham games. Times are tough in Melbourne aren't they. Are just making excuses or do you really want to go?avid wrote:Most of our footy gang would be there if it was at Moorabbin, but not in Frankston.saintspremiers wrote:Of course it should be.Enrico_Misso wrote:Should be played at Moorabbin where our fans are.

Yes that 30 minutes from Moorabbin is a real killer especially on those busy Saturday mornings at 8am. And to think the Frankston area was our zone for 30 years. Of course no one would follow us who lives around that area.

We live in Essendon and will be going. All the way on Eastlink takes around the same amount of time as through the city and Nepean Highway.

No it shouldn't.saintspremiers wrote:Of course it should be.Enrico_Misso wrote:Should be played at Moorabbin where our fans are.
Seaford is far easier to get to IMO, than Morrabbin.
A quick jump onto Eastlink and I'm there, I don't have to bother with Warrigal F'n Road, Burwood Highway and Springvale Road.
In terms of car parking, nfi, but Morrabbin didn't have a very big car park imo
In terms of spectator space, nfi
In terms of being harder to find, disagree.
TBH, when I look at Morrabbin, the building is just too old. Unless you knocked it down and rebuilt. The ground was mint though.

Re: Intra-Club Date/Time confirmed..
Hi guys,
Just a question for those who regularly attend this match. Do you know if there is an opportunity to get the players to sign stuff after the game? My wife was one of the people who had their name printed on that special commemerative geursey last year (the one with all the supporter names on it). For her birthday I am planning to have it framed, but I would love to get her favorite player Kosi to sign it first.
Do the players stick around for long after the game? I'd hate to miss out because they do a few quick signatures and then leave. Alternatively does anyone know if the club would be likely to organise a signature outside of these open training sessions if you are willing to pay for it? I have contacted the club and am waiting for a response, but I thought someone here might also know?
Thanks!!

Very soft. So far away from where? I am in Mornington and used to go up to Moorabbin. My brother was in East Bentliegh and will roll down to SEaford, what's the biggie - do you only go places you can walk to?

Club says there is no parking and to take public transport where available. I've got news for them, there is no public transport to Ti Tree Avenue Seaford.Eastern wrote:It takes 22 minutes from the Manhattan Hotel in Ringwood to Linen House Centre via Eastlink !!
22 minutes on Eastlink and two hours driving around looking for a park, only to find a $160 fine when you get back to the car.

Re: Intra-Club Date/Time confirmed..
never had a problem finding a park at linen house. Plenty of street parking and as far as I am aware there are no time restrictions on parking there unless it has changed in the last 6 months?Bernard Shakey wrote:Club says there is no parking and to take public transport where available.
