Locations not an issue, if the facilities are not upto standard, well that is a problem. Especially if they were never upto standard, eg. no theatre/meeting room, no pool, players falcilities etc..
Just looking over the facilities at Linen House.... There is a lecture theatre, there is a pool, there is a gym..... what isn't up to standard?
No idea actually, I've haven't been in as yet, thats why i wrote IF. Though this article says different,
Quite apart from the more trivial concerns regarding the geographic reality of a headquarters boasting no neighbouring infrastructure and situated by the side of a freeway, the Linen House Centre boasts no lap pool and no theatrette and already sits well behind the AFL's best practices in terms of training facilities.
Again, I haven't been out to Seaford, so maybe Caro is wrong?

the freeway was built to avoid Frankston, the traffic, and the dangers of driving through it. For most people using the eastlink they will be coming from north, so it would save 1 maybe 2 minutes using the new freeway, the location doesnt change because of the freeway, its still s***.
Think it was built to keep c**** like you out of there.

Can be no complaints about Seaford's location now that the freeway is built.
thats because you live there mate.
the place is a hole, not just Linnen House but the whole 10km radius of it.

If you keep saying that everything St Kilda is s*** then why are you torturing yourself by following them?
Maybe you love the pity.
In Springfield, they're eating the dogs. The people that came in, they're eating the cats. They’re eating – they are eating the pets of the people that live there.
