Re: Nicholas Winmar
I played table tennis with him at ATP a couple of years ago. The beating he got definitely drove him onward and upward.st.byron wrote:He was sitting at the St.Kilda Pier restaurant drinking his caramel milkshake and reading the bible. I also sat at the next table to him in the NGV at lunch one time. So you can say that we're mates. I've had some sort of influence on him for sure.Dave McNamara wrote:Hi Byron, I'll see your milkshake, and raise you... about 5 years ago my ex and I were stalked by Nick Cave in Ackland Street. (Most likely he was stalking her, not me. )st.byron wrote:I once made Nick Cave a caramel milkshake. There.

To me to mention a name in passing is fine. I think there are way too many grudges in here. It reminds me of a school yard. If u don't like what someone says ignore him or u seem the bigger fool. As an independent observer , Matrix you over reacted.

They may as well change the forum name to pluggsational66.net cos most of the discussion relates back to him. What a s*** hole this place has become in the off season with nothing much to talk about. Bring on the start of the season.

Strange person you are. Nice one Eric. Just a bit late but glad you are that fascinated by me that you go back to something that was said 4 weeks ago. You probably havent realised the saints won the flag in 1966 yet.

That was the point. Surely you get that? The funny thing is you read this apparent crap. you are obviously the type who watch a show on TV and then ring up and complain or eat something and then go back to the shop and complain.

Funny s***....
A footy groupie who finds out stuff or knows stuff about players and blabs it it publicly for credibility is poor form.... Mostly.. No wonder players don't give much away....
I did it twice,
Once I had no issue with, didn't care for the individual involved...... The other time I regret commenting, even though I only stated an opinion about his abilities, out of respect I should have left it alone....
