Re: Nathan Wright !!
what do you call it when you push the ball to the ground when you running and it comes back and you keep running?? looks like he did his first ever one on the highlight reel --He looks like he can play but that has put a question mark by his name for me - having said that I hope he is a gun

Re: Nathan Wright !!
I just rewatched the highlights they put up today on saints.com.au. He's growing on me this guy his ball gathering ability and attack are exceptional, he might not kick well but he gets the ball moving like a train. There is a bit of the basketballer about him. I was a bit worried about him at first but think he might have a bit of x factor too.

I can't rate his kicking cos all his highlights hit the target but agree with how you described it.
Runs straight, with power, towards goal. Lots of players are fast - only some run in straight lines towards goal.

The more you know, the more you know you don't know.
When I was a young child, I knew that I knew so much about so much.
Now that I am old and know so much more, I know that I know so much about so little, and so little about so much.

Gregory's Boy may have been a good movie, but as a draft selection he was the one that had me really wondering... but I'm warming to the idea much more now.oh when the wrote:My son played on him in Narre -Berwick Jnrs GF 2010

The innate ability to 'read the ball' is priceless, can't really be taught..., and is basically a pretty damn good indicator of someone who is a natural footballer and will be able to produce in the big league.
Huge tick for mine.
Like the idea of 50m goals... sure beats Grammy's 93.5m points.
Yeah, so do I.avid wrote:Hope your son's now made a full recovery.
