Josh Toy?

Hey there,
Josh Toy just got delisted by GC. He's 20 years old, 184cm, 83 kg. Only played 13 games with the suns, but was highly touted during high school.
He does have a heart condition, but he can continue playing. What do you think, should we take a chance on him???

I don't think he'll be picked up. The poor kid has a maximum heart rate under 100bpm, that aint good.
