Granted, there's a lot of news about our fixture so far but we can only speculate on the rest.

Its a great opportunity for the club and us. If the Tigers can somehow beat carlton and we beat GC then it should get a huge crowd. friday night in hopefully still warm weather. Lets face it if we have home games at the G it is likely to be a tenant. No point giving us a game against GWS at the G.

Completely agree with this. However in 2009 or 2008, there were a number of "leaks" that popped us concerning us that never eventuated - so I'm not getting excited about this until I see it on the final draft of the fixture.

Not doubting your sources eastern; I know how these things can change at the last minute though.

The last season we lost to Richmond at the MCG was 2000.

Think we can get 'em next year. Expect them to slide next year under the weight of expectation. They lost to Gold Coast...
and could only manage a draw against Port - in Melbourne!

I read it. You said we will lose. i said if we cant play the Tigers there we have issues. It is the ground of the finals. We have a huge chance of playing tenetted clubs in finals. Tigers finished behind us this year. If they are better than us next year then we probably wont make the finals. I would suggest the G has no real home ground advantage at all.
