Will you boo Goddard?
I won't. He was a good player for us and I was sorry to see him go (and understand the reasons why he did).
I reckon some will though

Re: Will our supporters boo Goddard?
Ive got a better idea, lets all turn up and cheer everytime he gets a kick against us just to show our appreciation that he left us for cash!!

Re: Will our supporters boo Goddard?
Agree carl. I don’t plan to boo him; just not my style.
However never say never.
If BJ was to kick the winning goal against us, then run up to one of our players and get in his face, and then start thumping that horrible red sash, well I might just forget who I am for a moment!

Re: Will our supporters boo Goddard?
ABSOLUTELY!
Our supporters are passionate, one eyed & hate one of our own leaving!
I personally won't boo but BJ will certainly understand in no uncertain terms what thousands of die hard Saints now think of him.

Re: Will you boo Goddard?
He'll cop a bit, but if he loses his cool and does something stupid (which isn't exactly a long shot) then the crowd will erupt every time he gets it.
Re: Will you boo Goddard?
What the hell does a boo mean anyway? I certainly wont boo him or anyone from any side.

No, guy gave a great service to the club. I will never forget that hanger and goal over that Muppet cry baby O Brian in the GF2010. I have no ill feelings towards Goddard... Plus I met him at a BP service station and he gave 5 min for a chat, he didn't have to.bigcarl wrote:I won't. Re: Will you boo Goddard?
C'mon man, don't boo him...... make peace, not war......you're aura is all negative man.....always pass to the left etc... all sounds a bit Harry O'Brien / Nimbin to me.
I'll happily boo him. Once the siren goes, he's just like every other player wearing that red and black garbage, except he had the opportunity to continue representing my club, our club, and chose not to. Just to top up his super....

No, I'm not 5, and I'm 100% functioning up stairs.

Re: Will you boo Goddard?
Yep, can't wait either!
Booed Ross Lyon, that was great fun!
He'll expect it, as Lyon did.
Leaving for money = loss of respect from me.
Can't we have a bit of fun at the footy, or is booing not politically correct these days?
Lighten up people, show some passion, and have fun at the footy.

Paulski can boo and scream at the opposition while Shanghai can sip on his latte and complain about the noise!

If our picks 25 & 26 are tearing it up at Sandy, and our new surprise Full Back is being talked about as the recruit of the year, I will stand and applaud HookerStjohn wrote:No But i will boo Hooker...
