Shane Wakelin back at the Saints

I love the way folks just jump on and question every call the club makes ......are you really serious in considering that today, the STKFC would employ someone in this sort of role without them having the skillset and attitude to do the job ? At best his history as a footballer may have eased his way into an interview ....even that unlikely in the current era of professionalism .....armchair experts one and all ....as am I in the case of watching and supporting and bleeding with my b*astard beloved Sainters ........the glass is gotta be half full or you just wouldnt put yourself through the weekly rollercoaster, and the deep and raw recent history wounds we all carry .......not trying to squash genuine and appropriate enquiry, or offer meaningless platitudes, .......just gotta keep believing the day will come and we will be ready when it does ....

Wakelin to lead St Kilda Commercial Operations

St Kilda Football Club is pleased to announce Shane Wakelin has taken up the role of General Manager of Commercial Operations, and will be responsible for Sponsorship, Corporate and the Events activities of the Club.
