Delisted players

Maybe not thread material but whats this new uncontracted players can be signed by any club as of nov 1

its a second free agency period between Nov 1 and Nov 13 where any player delisted by their club eg. Polo can go to a club of their choice, the delisting club gets no compensation. but the player must be delisted by their club, if they delist themselves eg. Dawson last year, they have to go into the draft.

Who will be delisted then?
Most will expect Raph Clarke, but I hope not.
Others in the running are C. Jones, and what about Farren Ray the way he was shopped around?
