Re: Pelchen on Sen
Positive on the Hickey deal (what else would you expect) stressed that we didn't lose 13 for only Hickey but picked up 26 as well, equated it to last years Saad and Milera deal.
Hasn't heard from Melbourne regarding Ray and not sure what they could offer given how active they have been, no fall out with Ray happy to keep him at St Kilda.
Still some (little) chance for Brown from West Coast but they understand that he is a required and contracted player.
Still going to be active in the next 48 hours in the trade (i.e. not finished)

Most trades get done in the last 24 hours.
On who? Unsure but I'd be surprised if there wasn't at least half a dozen or so that we've already enquired about.

Offer Gwilt, Gran and a pick to Melb for Frawley
We've enough mid size running HBF coming through to cover these IMO
We need a 10 yr full back of quality.

Trading Gwilt would be a huge mistake.
He has had to play bigger then he is in recent years, which has seen his run and carry fall away a little bit.
If we get a monster Full Back, we will have him back playing on the third tall and have his long kicks out of defence.
We need Gwilt. He is a great player, if you can bare the pain, watch the grand finals (2010), he was one of our best.

Re: Pelchen on Sen
Please can we stop mentioning Frawley! I get my hopes up every time his name is mentioned but it just wont happen!
I'm disappointed that Luke Thompson was re-signed, really rated him. I think we'll get Brown though, if not... I'd get Gillies for a pick in the 50s, grab Delaney, package Gilbo off to GWS for 14 & make do with what we have...

Gwilt will rip it up next year.
Not everyone comes off a knee reco like L Hayes.
I like Gwilt as our fullback. I'd like an athletic, playmaking backman further upfield to be honest.

"The inches we need are everywhere around us. They're in every break in the game. Every minute, every second. On this team we fight for that inch. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. Because we know when we add up all those inches that's gonna make the f***in' difference between winning and losing! Between living and dying!'

Gwilt has had his recovery year - now get behind him 4 2013.
Jimmy G. is a valuable player for St.Kilda and i'd keep him.
GO JIMMY!
GO HICKEY!
GO SAINTS!
