Cripps to eagles, Stevens to dogs... Who from dogs?
Just had a glance at their list - not many there who excite me. Maybe Michael Talia, is he any good? 195cm, 88kg defender.

Talia is going to be a 10 year player at the dogs long term they are not going to give him up for Stevens.

On Stevens i think we weren't that keen or we would have done a straight swap with them for Cripps. As a few have said jacobs from Port looks the better from the two of them anyway. If we rated him WCE would have gladly dealt on that one.

Having a midfielder looking for opportunities choose your team is a bad sign, not a good one. Stevens would be behind at least Hayes, Dal, Joey, Steven and Armo at this club. Probably a lot of others too. Hardly a disaster missing out on him.
Yes, but when Hayes is not there, or someone becomes injured, then who do you play, thats the question.... need depth.

Not too worried about this tbh. Heard from most people, he had dodgy disposal. But oh well. Sure he will have a good time at the Dogs. Not!

We still have Farren Ray and Clinton Jones for now, plus Tom Ledger and Seb Ross. Plus Tom Curren. Plus any number of outside guys who could take a run on the ball. Plus we could always pick up an inside grunt with poor disposal in the late rounds of the draft or the rookie draft. There's no shortage of hungry ball-winners in the b-tier. I'm not sure what's special about Stevens.

Yeah nah pleasing positive

Don't see anything on that page

In Springfield, they're eating the dogs. The people that came in, they're eating the cats. They’re eating – they are eating the pets of the people that live there.

It's purely the hype of "it's a Victorian leaving West Coast to go home"....except that instead of Chris Judd we have a possibly good ordinary footballer looking for a new home - now "nominating" his preferred club. Laughable.

No expectation if he is thrown to the dogs...

How many defenders will The Saints pick in the 2024 draft ?
