Hope Gram has a good year too.
Gram was pretty good towards the end of the season. Not his fault if some idiot overpaid him.
And Kosi does some unbelievable things (ok, some bad). Some of his marking and long straight kicking are top drawer. More consistency would help.

Re: Gram & Kosi re-sign
Glad that Gram has been given another year.
Hopefully Kosi is not taking up much of the cap
- he should be paid about what an assistant coach gets.

Re: Gram & Kosi re-sign
Fundamentally if we get another 30 goal season from Kosi considering the wage he would now be on (a far cry from this contract or the previous) then we have done well out of it.Verdun66 wrote:This.....Cairnsman wrote:I really hope Kosi has a good year next year, not just for Kosi's sake but also for the development of Rhys and Ben and just the overall structure.

Gram would be playing on a heavily reduced deal too one would expect.
Again money saved, let's use it to advantage and do what Geelong are now doing. Getting players to fill needs.

Re: Gram & Kosi re-sign
yeah Gram was good last few weeks.....but Kosi, we just look so much better without him. Even Wilkes is a better target, more mobile and better fwd tackler.
Nee!

No we dont. Kosi was fantastic before he was thrown in the ruck. Needs to be monitered and resyed through the season.fugazi wrote:yeah Gram was good last few weeks.....but Kosi, we just look so much better without him. Even Wilkes is a better target, more mobile and better fwd tackler.

Re: Gram & Kosi re-sign
Classy supporters bagging the loyal players. Kosi had a good start to the season and Gram pretty much the entire second half of the season played well. He was better than Goddard as far as output goes but he shouldn't get a game or be delisted while Goddard is the greatest player ever now he might go? kosi had to play as a ruck and his body didn't hold up according to Watters but go on bag him out. Maybe we could fit some Raph sledging in, he's still on our list so he must be crap. If Goddard goes Raph might be getting a contract extension.
Re: Gram & Kosi re-sign
Kosi did state he never felt better towards the end of the season. Who's telling the truth Watters or Kosi?
