I must admit, I'm jealous of Hawthorn's success. To think that they also had only one Premiership before the 1971 GF - and now have a swag of them - makes me sick.

It still annoys me how they conquered that unbeatable Geelong team in 2008 and the following year we couldn't.

i make no bones about it. im jealous of their success.
3/4 time in 1971 was that f*cking turning point in history and mindset.
now every F*ckhead has jumped on the hawks bandwagon since the 90s.
there is only one way to deal with it. The saints need to start our own history and get on a roll and change the mindset.
If we can win one. How knows the belief might open the floodgates.
