Supporter Jumper
Mine arrived today, sparking a thorough search for my name.
Guess what....... its not there.
There are duplicate and triplicate listings of other names..... but not mine.
I have sought an explanation from the club.
Anybody else in the same situation?

Re: Supporter Jumper
That is very disappointing.
I haven't got mine yet, I would be gutted if my name wasn't on it.
But if my name was on it three times I would be rather happy......

Haven't got mine yet but I know a bloke who got his and is not happy. Looks like his name disappears into the seam.
Anyway, here's a photo someone posted on Facebook
I think I've found my name. Appears my First name is at the end of one line and my Surname at the start of the next. At least it's on the front.

Mine hasn't turned up yet. If my name isnt on it I will be very unimpressed!

This isnt good. Its making me nervous now.
Especially given the investment of $250. It seemed very risky when deciding... Decided to take the risk. Hopefully it comes out.
Please keep us informed of your progress.

I didn't even know about them how did you get them? Are all members names meant to be on them or did you pay to have them stuck on the list? I'm not very good at reading club emails as they give me the s***s clogging up so probably am out of touch.

Re: Supporter Jumper
The mate I referred to, who had his name on the seam, rang the club this morning to complain. They were pretty good about it and after ascertaining that his name was also printed in another spot, this time in full, he's now a happy customer.Spinner wrote:GrumpyOne wrote:Mine arrived today, sparking a thorough search for my name.

Hopefully mine will be there tonight so I can make a better judgement about my own situation.

Re: Supporter Jumper
I received mine yesterday and at first i was unhappy as i thought they only printed my surname but after sometime i found it was listed again and again. So I am happy !!
My point being it looks like most names appear to be duplicated. If you find it in the front then it appears to be duplicated in the front & if you find it at the back then duplicated at the back.

Yes Gringo, it was an email from the club.gringo wrote:I didn't even know about them how did you get them? Are all members names meant to be on them or did you pay to have them stuck on the list? You had to pay to get your name on the jumper (or not as in my case!).
If your inbox is clogging up, there's plenty of other spam you could get rid of. I'd advise reading the club emails.

Re: Supporter Jumper
It's never that interesting as I look on the website anyway a fair bit and they usually don't have anything interesting to say. They always send raffle tickets and s*** if it's important and unreliable team lists are available elsewhere. Thats why I don't know not to pay extra at MCG home games though might have to look next time.GrumpyOne wrote:Yes Gringo, it was an email from the club.gringo wrote:I didn't even know about them how did you get them? Re: Supporter Jumper
Just compared my jumper to the one above and the names are in identical places.
Therefore the Club should be able to tell me where my name is.
I await a reply to my email.

If my name isn't there I'm going to sue the club then I'm going to sue Dr. Spaceman for making my eyes hurt.

It will look like a pale pink and grey from afar ! players numbers will also cover peoples names .
It will be a strange look next week ! Us in these jumpers against the orange and grey of Gws . I will laugh if they wear there away strip . The Afl are so f-ing stupid , i wouldn't be surprised if they are .
It will be the whites V the whites .
