And according to Wiki, he has been succeeded by MICHAEL MALTHOUSE!

Someone is being very mischievous or is very prescient.

They are saying on channel 7 he has been told he won't be coaching Port in 2013.

Port have told him he can coach the last 4 weeks but if he decides to walk then Rehn will coach out the year

How many defenders will The Saints pick in the 2024 draft ?

Time for their Pres and Footy Ops Manager to walk too. Has been a train-wreck since they took over. Plus they should get rid of those tarps they use to fill up the seats. Amatuer hour.

I actually feel sorry for Primus .. He has a board behind him that make our previous boards look like a well oiled machine they have fan base who don't turn up to games no star players and very low chance of luring any star players.. Off field they are a rabble on field they are a rabble Primus was always going to be up against it .. As for Malthouse going there I reckon you got more chance of Mick wanting to coach the Iraqi soccer team

It's now changed to Shaun Rehn (as caretaker). That's history for you!

And quite likely that will cost us a place in the 8 this year.

Officially, it always was Rehn that would takeover if Primus walked...

word is burns and walsh combo from the eagles is their desired option

the more i look at this, the more i think that ross leaving 1 year early on his contract, did us a huge f***** favor.

the coaching pool doesnt look that great this year.

Robert Harvey?

Not convinced he's senior coaching material, but certainly wants to be a senior coach, and must see Voss/Hird/Buckley as living his dream a bit.

does it ever? until they actually start coaching no-one knows what they're going to be like.

burns would be yet another malthouse-groomed senior coach. say what you like about the bloke, he seems to know how to train a coach.

No coincidence that all these assistant-turned coaches are coming from the richest few clubs, might be a lot less to do with Malthouse and more to do with Collingwood being able to afford the very best assistants year in, year out.

Primus is good lesson for us to observe, choosing the favourite son for head coach is a bad idea, unless they are definitely the best person for the job, with sound experience.
