Kosi could be in strife.
High contact on Reid in second quarter. Apparently wasn't looking at the ball.
Watson joked and said "it's normally his teammate".

Sing it loud and sing it proud but most of all hang around for this club will rise to claim the prize and then we will realise its not such a surprise.

Big farking deal if he goes. We are crap and won't make the eight. Heads will drop if we get done over by the end of the game. Time to play Ledger and Crippa.

If Kosi goes, they sure as hell need to look at Woods 'attempted stomping'! He had two attempts.

I wish he would jump into some of the contests and hurt some opposition players!

Re: Kosi could be in strife.
Probably a few suspensions to come out of tonight. Hardly matters in the scheme of things though - tonight was a must win game. And we didn't win.

Kosi will get three or four which is awesome.
A forced change might show what the saints side will look like next year. It might even convince the coaches of a Koziless saints side which will be a positive IMO

Re: Kosi could be in strife.
If the umpires weren't so CORRUPT then Kosi would have had TWO free kicks late in the last quarter and won us the game.

Will he?
Thought he was in the contest.

Re: Kosi could be in strife.
Have a look at Nathan Brown in the footage. FFS he has hold of Kosi's arm its plain to see. This is why Kosi doesnt get to as many contests as frees like this just get ignored every single week.

i just thougt he was bracing for a regular bump, and didnt realise that reid was falling down, therefore hitting him in the head...
reckon he might get pinged though, but who knows these days....
pretty unlikely our season has any hope anyway

Kosi was one of few forwards for us who actually got to the ball on a regular basis tonight. If he had have got the free for getting his arms pulled off he may have been the hero of the match.
He took speccies, kicked straight, did a marvellous job. If our midfielders kicked to him properly and not at his feet, like they did for most of the night he may have gone even better.
Instead of going for the soft target why not ask a far more pertinent question - why did our midfielders suddenly go missing in the second quarter?

Thompson got off on that last week for his hit on Stevie J. But Kosi is not the Brownlow favorite.Verdun66 wrote:The Pies player has hold of him, and gives him a little push if you watch. Going at that speed would definitely put him off course.

after the mrp let thompson off last week cos he was pushed them kosi should get the same . if he does get sighted then we should use this as his defense . johnson was put out of the game whereas the pie player was ok .

Oh please.
He will get weeks, you know he will get weeks so stop playing it down.
At least Siposs might get a game.

Re: Kosi could be in strife.
Collingwood players scragged Saiints runners regularly tonight and didnt get any frees. Umpire are moving into finals where rules dont apply unless it looks like a non favourite team might win.CURLY wrote:Have a look at Nathan Brown in the footage. Milney must wonder what he has done to the umps given the lack of protection he gets when he has the ball. They notice when its hs opposition player. Obrien's mark (that lying swine) was a dead set goal for the Saints in waiting.
Minimum result was a draw once the first half was over, that is, until the umpires got involved.
Midfield clearances and clear winners are needed to make an effective forward line.
