Anyone see the scuffle

Post: # 1245103Post bigcarl »

That resulted in Riewoldt's jumper coming off.

It looked pretty willing as it kept going as play continued.

Who started it and who was involved?

I didn't see it, but he reportedly hit Lake a low blow. Very little force though

i think dempster was bandaged up late in the first quarter, so that might have been before this incident?

What's the big deal about some bloke being topless?

Really, if women truly want to be treated as equals then they simply have to forget about all this shallow titillation :P

It started as a scuffle with Kosi and some Bulldog player closer to the boundary.
Rooey came over to defend his mate and then the next thing you know they're ignoring Kosi and going for Rooey with his jumper being ripped off.

Did anyone see the elbow to Sam Fisher in the guts by Matthew Boyd, their captain. Yes, Sam had put him to the turf a couple of moments before, but for Boyd to elbow Fisher, in front of the umpire, who saw it and did nothing was appalling. Any chance Boyd will be picked up by the MRP?

Saw it. Nothing in it apart from a bit of fun at the footy.

Thanks I stand corrected on who elbowed Sam Fisher however I stand by my belief that at the very least it should have been a free kick as it was way off the ball.

However it was good to see Rooey run and start defending Kosi.

It was Gilbee who lanched himself at Fisher well off the play. Should be looked at. Was it caught on camera?

Roughead punched Kosi in the throat while Kosi was on the ground. That started the scuffle.

Rooey was lucky he didn't cop a stray elbow from Kosi.

At one stage i think kosi had roo in a headlock, took a while to realise he was wrestling the wrong bloke.

Hard enough for a report?

....and I thought Roughead and Grant were in the backline to learn about working hard.

Not a hope of a report. Well I certainly hope not.
