Based on today's effort we can and can't.

I actually think we have had a good season considering. There were some good signs yesterday and I think we are well placed when you look at our draw. By that I mean that we have a good opportunity to win 13 games to make the 8. If we can't win the games we need to from here then we don't deserve to be there in the first place.

i think the pack is starting to seperate. i hope its not, but deep down i think someone in the top 4 will win it. gap will become apparent closer to finals.

as much as we didn't play particularly well yesterday, the group showed great resiliance, and drive yesterday....

I think we would have made a good finals push had we have gotten a few of our closer games, earlier this season, over the line...

however, i think we are just in too weak a position to make any finals noise, if we DO make the 8 it will be on the back of some of the hardest taxing games of footy right at the wrong time of the year...

We have to win every game bar one to make finals, probably, and that seems unlikely....

What will be interesting is that about 5 sides will probably be awaiting the results of the last round to see if they play finals or not, similar to the top 4 order too, good for the competition and general footy fans.
