yeah its either incorrect disposal or holding the ball, the ball can be dislodged in a tackle without penalty no such thing as droppping anymore

Looked like goal ump was ready to call it a goal, then the field ump came running in, called the boundary ump in - and the field ump suggested they all thought it was touched. Absolute bull. Replay inconclusive? No, I think it showed more than the field or boundary ump knew, but yet again the replay official wimps out. What is the point?
