The more I hear the more I think it is a beat up. He will get 4 or 5 weeks but that is the most he should get. I reckon I have been sucked in as well. It should be 3 or 4 at the very most but that is it.
Said his act could appear unsportsmanlike but wasn't "That's why we;ve got a different claim to you". Does not accept that action brought game into disrepute

Rubbish. A deliberate dog act. Unless you are Helen Keller.
i am Melbourne Skies - sometimes Blue Skies, Grey Skies, even Partly Cloudy Skies.
Wilson for Judd; Tribunal has to be extremely careful given Adams' history of suspect shoulders. Ought not draw inference that he's suffered an injury with Judd's intention. Trying to refute AFL's suggestion he should have known risks of injury to Adams' earlier

Please it was nothing but a but of gamesmanship. Judd got ths reaction he wanted from Nth. The media have blown it out of the water.

Your posts just keep getting better,
HE LEFT THE GROUND WITH A DISLOCATED SHOULDER
Yes I am shouting.
I reckon Steven would have been executed at the tribunal....... The most harshly dealt with player in my memory. And the club bent over and accepted it.
Chairman; fundamental question where you satisfied that Judd committed reportable offence of misconduct as alleged by AFL. If not, then is he guilty of misconduct as he has admitted
Nick Bowen:
I think it's safe to say Judd is going to get a holiday. It's just a matter of how long. If his version of events is excepted, he'll probably get about two weeks. If the AFL's version is accepted, he'll probably get 4+
Nick Bowen:
the Tribunal has the discretion to impose whatever penalty it wants. It's not bound by MRP points system

Ok, but if they think it's worth say 4 weeks surely they must then apply any carry over points and loadings from past offenses
