For starters I would have all the players with the letter 'G' in the back half.

Agree. As I've said numerous times it should be a squad of 25 on Thursday night for all teams with the final 22 and sub 90 minutes prior to start.

Sunday games have a provisional 22 named at 5pm ish Friday, and even on Saturday a player can withdraw from the 22 injured and be replaced by someone who is not an emergency!

All legit by AFL rules as long as its made public.

I think if fit, then saad, simpkin & Stanley have to start these days, and probably one or two of milera, siposs & newnes.

The side picked was a good side 2-3 tears ago, but since the 2010 GF it has only won around half of it's matches. Maybe we need to 6-8 to realise where we are at.

Just feel like all the fringe players have had a go, Polo, Farren, Clarke....when I listened to Scott in the presser after the Crows game, he didn't sound that positive about Raph to me.

Reckon if it's between all of them for the last spot, Farren will probably get the nod?

All Sunday matches are extended benches until Friday at around 5pm when they get cut back to 22 & 3. Has been and always will be like that. No mind games at play (yet)

I feel Farren has been the best of the fringe senior players, and was unlucky to be dropped in the first place a few weeks back... He has since backed it up with good VFL performances, obviously in good form....

Farren named ON-FIELD for the Zebs this week, which is odd as all other emergencies and guys on extended bench are named on Zebs extended bench. Could be sign that he'll play there on Saturday.
